Hi there! I'm Ness :)
My goal is to help people find their happy-ness.
To find the place where they are their happiest and healthiest. Where they are at one with their bodies and nature. Nurturing both to the full extent.
I grew up in small town Alberta, Canada. The outdoors was my Netflix, my tablet and my smartphone. We had a garden and my mom made everything from scratch. Because of this I developed a passion for sustainability and living a low-tox life.
In today's busy world there is a perception that living a happy, healthy, low-tox, eco-friendly life is too hard or too inconvenient.
I am here to say its not! It is my desire to share and inspire everyone to take those (surprisingly easy) steps to improving their overall health and the health of the planet.

I am part of an amazing Japanese based company called Enagic® and have invested in one of their life changing machines. Enagic® has been the world's leading manufacturer of alkaline ionisers and water filtration machines for over 40 years. This one single machine has really been able to combine and simplify my efforts to live a healthy, low-tox and eco-friendly life.
These machines filter and transform your ordinary tap water into healthy, fresh tasting alkaline, hydrogen-rich drinking water. This water, called Kangen Water, is superior to tap, bottled and just plain carbon filtered water.
